Books I never finished
I take pride in finishing things. I think because I'm easily distracted, I feel immensely accomplished if I actually follow through with something. This applies to TV shows, movies, and of course, books. Some of these books are actually amazing so I don't know why I haven't finished them. Some of them I just found boring. And some are just too long!
Here are the novels I started, stopped, and may or may not finish one day.
1. The Secret Garden | Frances Hodgson Burnett
2. Little Women (Maybe I'll see the movie now?) | Lousia May Alcott
3. The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (I couldn't stand all those accents.) | Mark Twain
4. The Scarlet Letter | Nathaniel Hawthorne
5. The Diary of a Young Girl (I'm ashamed. I will finish this one.) | Anne Frank
6. Beloved | Toni Morrison
7. Anna Karenina (This book is just so long!) | Leo Tolstoy
8. The Fall (I ran out of time to finish before we had the quiz in class.) | Albert Camus
Have you actually read any of these books?
