Send me your location

Where's your next adventure? And more importantly, what are you reading there?

The enchanting pages of a story can afford escape to exotic countries and adventurous locales. But reading also can let you physically experience a new place by having an excuse to sit somewhere and relax.

I carry a book everywhere. I feel like I'll never be bored or look lame as long as I have something to read. Every place gives off different vibes which can fit different moods. What kind of location is perfect for you?

The Wanderlust Traveler: Airports

Sitting in a stuffy airport can be the worst, but a book makes it significantly better. A cute travel outfit and a hit best-seller? Couldn't look more worldly if you tried. Bonus points for reading about the place you're traveling to.

The Cozy Connoisseur: Coffee Shops

There's no better way to spend a gray, gloomy day than wearing a snuggly grandpa sweater, cradling a warm mug of coffee, and getting buried in a novel.

The Eco-friendly Explorer: Parks

Birds chirping, squirrels scurrying, and wind whispering through the leaves. What could be a more peaceful and romantic setting to read?

The Intellectual: Libraries

Throw on your sturdiest oxfords, coziest cardigan, and most distinguished glasses. Rows of books make the perfect backdrop to time spent reading. Personally, I love checking out picturesque, historic libraries at universities that I don't even attend. Is that weird?

The Coastal Cutie: Beaches

With the crashing surf as a soundtrack, summer is best spent enjoying lazy afternoons in the sand, feeling the sun kiss my skin, and diving through the pages of a book.

The Artist: Museums

It's easy to feel cultured wandering the decorated halls of an exhibit. Why not throw an imaginative novel into the mix? Full of color and expression, museums practically beg attendees to engage their emotions.

The Introverted Relaxer: Bathtubs

Light some candles, play some slow jams, and just chilllll with the captivating novel of your choice.

The On-the-Go Hustler: Public transportation

A briefcase and a book complement each other quite nicely. What's more productive than completing your morning commute and a chapter all in one fell swoop?

The Passionate Adventurer: Hammocks

Donned in Chacos and a Patagonia pack, hike your trusty Eno up to the coolest, most scenic spot you can find and enjoy a new novel.

The Whimsical Daydreamer: Balconies at sunset

Balconies are some of the most majestic, otherworldly places to get lost in a story. I think they feel a little set apart from the world, somehow romantic, and up there in the fading rainbow of day, inspiration arrives.
